All the way from Tijuana, Mexico, Laredo Kid and Garza Jr. are certainly bringing a new level of talent and skill to IMPACT Wrestling. Both men have much experience in the professional wrestling industry, but it wasn’t until CRASH Wrestling and IMPACT Wrestling collaborated in the past couple of months that these two were able to make their arrival to the IMPACT Zone. CRASH Wrestling incorporates a Luche Libre style of wrestling that is quite different than traditional professional wrestling in the United States. Mexican wrestling capitalizes on rapid sequences of holds and maneuvers while wearing bright, colorful masks. But because the wearing of masks has became so important to their wrestling culture, they use this as a mechanism for some of their matches. At times, matches are established where the loser will be required to remove his mask in public. As a viewer, Laredo Kid and Garza Jr. may be similar in their style of wrestling, but their appearances are very different. Laredo Kid will always be wearing a mask and will never publically announce his real name, because he finds importance in keeping his personal live secret from his professional wrestling life. On the other hand, Garza Jr. takes pride in his outer appearance and is easily a female fan favorite.
Although Garza Jr. is a newcomer to IMPACT Wrestling, his family history is rich. Garza Jr. is the nephew of the late Hector Garza, who wrestled with IMPACT Wrestling in 2004 and 2005. Not only was Hector Garza a standout wrestler, he competed in IMPACT’s first ever three hour Pay-Per-View event, Victory Road. Furthermore, Garza continued to appear weekly on the IMPACT TV show.
While in Orlando, FL with IMPACT Wrestling, both men made it known that they were extremely humbled and excited about their experience. Garza Jr. shared his thoughts through social media.
Hoy comienza un sueño muy grande 🙏 voy con mucha ilusión y de la mano de Dios y de mi angelote en el cielo se que todo saldrá bien 🙏

Garza Jr. recently posted this on his Facebook page: “I know that all this that I’m living it’s thanks to you!
That from heaven you totally walked me down the right path and guiding me to those doors you left open! Everyone remembers you, all I talk about you as a great human being in the whole world! Believe me, I’m not going to disappoint! I will give it my all! I’ll give myself body and soul just to thank you for everything you did for me being in the land and you’re still doing it even though they are in the sky!
Daria Everything! Why we’re living these achievements together but believe me that the last name of Garza I will keep you at the top where you planted it!”
Garza Jr. and Laredo Kid will make their debut this Thursday on IMPACT on POP. They will be competing against Eli Drake and Tyrus in a tag team match. Will they be successful in their debut? Or will Tyrus & Eli Drake be too much for these high flyers to overcome? What else is in store for their future with IMPACT Wrestling? Find out by tuning in Thursday!
