IMPACT Plus Subscription Details

To check your subscription details, please log into your account. Here you will be able to find your sign up date, the subscription period and when your next installment is due. Please note by default all subscriptions work on a recurring basis and you will automatically be billed upon the next installment unless you have formally cancelled before the next payment period.
If you haven’t signed up yet, we appreciate your interest! We select premium content you will access for free to get a taste of what is available with a subscription. To subscribe to IMPACT Plus, there is a $7.99 USD monthly subscription fee that unlocks thousands of hours of wrestling content and live monthly specials.

Where can I access the content?

IMPACT Plus is a streaming service that allows our customers to watch video online. You can enjoy viewing your content on the following devices: Mac, PC, Android, Android, iOS, Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast and Amazon Fire TV.
Contents are geographically restricted, and cannot be streamed in sub-Saharan Africa due to existing partnership with regional broadcasters.

I'm not able to watch a video even though I'm a paid subscriber.

In some regions, episodes of IMPACT! will be available for viewing immediately, and in others it will be available later. In the United States and Canada, episodes of IMPACT! will be available for viewing on the Tuesday following broadcast. In Brazil and Mexico, episodes of IMPACT! will be available 10 days after original broadcast.

I was a Global Wrestling Network user and I can't log in with my old password!

For your security, account passwords were not migrated to IMPACT Plus. Please use the “Forgot your password?” option when logging in to reset your password and access IMPACT Plus.

What browser should I view on?

For the best viewing experience, we recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Brave to view on Desktop and Mobile devices. Please note that if you are using Internet Explorer, Edge is recommended since IE is being phased out of the marketplace.

The video or stream quality is bad, what can I do?

We recommend viewing from a wired connection with a download bandwidth of at least 700Kbps. To view HD, you will need to have higher download speeds.
As a general rule, your download bandwidth must be greater than the bitrate of the event broadcast you’re trying to view.
Control your internet connection; try reloading the page a few times or see if you can access the video from another browser and/or device. You may also try to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

Why hasn’t my subscription renewed?

By default, all subscriptions are renewed automatically. However, sometimes you may notice your subscription plan wasn’t renewed automatically. In such case you’ll receive an automated email notification and 48 hours to act upon this feedback.
There are two main reasons for a failed renewal:

1.Your bank doesn’t accept the transaction due to its own policies. Please contact your bank directly to obtain more information.
2.Your credit card has expired or had insufficient funds. You can update your credit card details in your account. Simply click on the link we send you in the automated notification email and update your credit card info.

** After 48 hours without action from your side, the auto-renewal won’t be possible anymore and your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You will need to subscribe again to start a new subscription cycle.

How do I update my plan?

Sorry, at this time, we can not update your subscription plan directly. What you can do is cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe at the new plan level when your content access expires.

How do I cancel my account?

If you wish to cancel your account, you can do it anytime by visiting your Account.
Don’t worry! You will continue to enjoy content access through the purchased period. Please keep your cancellation receipt for your records. Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription before the next installment is due, you will be charged for the entirety of that period.

How do I delete my account?

Please cancel your subscription before you disable your account.

Disabling your account will delete all user data including your saved and watched titles.

You have 30 days to reactivate it.

In order to reactivate your account and subscription, please contact us within 30 days of the deletion request.

After that 30 days, deletion is permanent. Your account will be permanently disabled and can not recover your account. At this time, if you would like a subscription please sign up again.

How do I use my promo code/coupon?

Congratulations on receiving a promo code! Please follow below steps to redeem your discount:

1. Please go to impactwrestling.com.
2. Click the “Login” button.
3. Create an account or sign into your existing one.
4. Once registered, you can redeem your coupon code at checkout. Click on activate to enable your discount.
5. Complete your purchase.
Please note that your coupon may be restricted to specific offers, so double check that you are applying it to the correct plan option. Also, coupons cannot be used on existing subscriptions.

 

My payment was rejected. What can I do?

If you have registered, but your payment didn’t go through and was rejected by the bank, please do the following:
1. Double-check if you filled in the correct billing details, including expiration date or your CVC code.
2. If your data is correct, you might need to contact your bank asking for more details. Due to privacy policy we don’t receive any details on the reason of this rejection from the banks. You can find their contact details at the back of your card.
3. To get access immediately, you can try using another payment method.
When you pay with a Credit Card, our system asks authorization from your bank. In some cases a bank refuses the payment. This can have multiple reasons, however the bank does not inform us about the exact reason to respect your privacy. So we are unable to give you specific information. Please contact your bank for any details and status of your account in case this happens to you.
In some rare cases, a credit card payment is blocked due to our fraud filters.
When you pay with a credit balance on your PayPal account, transactions tend to go very smoothly. Be aware that if you pay using an external payment method, like your credit card that is associated with your PayPal account, similar issues can arise like those indicated above.

Refund Request

Please note that all subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior the next payment is due. We don’t process pro-rated refund so if you cancel within the subscription period, you’ll still have access until the date you paid for.

 

If you subscribed through your device (Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku Channel Store) and would like to request a refund, please contact their support directly.

Having Video playback issues in the UK during the day?

Please contact your internet provider to see if they have put in a shield on your broadband automatically to limit the content that is seen during the day.
Some internet providers automatically set content viewing that is suitable for up to age 13 during the day. You can ask them to change it to 18 and over.

I live in the UK/Ireland - how can I watch the latest IMPACT Wrestling action?

Weekly episodes of IMPACT! are be available on IMPACT Plus from 3 am, BST, Fridays.

What is the IMPACT Insiders YouTube Membership?

IMPACT’s brand new YouTube membership is live. This is a separate membership from IMPACT Plus with exclusive perks.

How to reset your password?

Please follow these steps to reset the password of your account.

  1. Open IMPACT website: https://impactwrestling.com/
  2. Click on the “Login/Sign Up” button which is at the top right corner.
  3. Click on the “Don’t remember your password?” link.
  4. Now enter an appropriate email address for which you want to reset the password.
  5. Check your inbox and spam folder as there should be an email from IMPACT with reset password instructions. If you are an Apple user and have not received the email, please disable “Hide My Email” in your Apple account settings.

Note: If you have signed up through Google Or Facebook you don’t need to reset the password of your account. You can log in using one of those accounts.

Question regarding live PPVs.

Live PPVs (Hard To Kill, Rebellion, Slammiversary and Bound For Glory) are currently NOT included with an IMPACT Plus subscription. PPV events are available to IMPACT Plus subscribers 30 days after the live broadcast.

IMPACT Plus and YouTube for IMPACT Ultimate Insiders 30 days after they air on pay-per-view.

Why am I seeing ads if I'm a subscriber?

Ads are applied on a content level. This means that you will see ads if you are watching free content, like those found in “Watch Now For Free”, regardless if you are a subscriber or not. Ads will not appear on premium content that is only available to subscribers, such as those found in “Exclusive Events”. Thank you for your understanding.
